The MAX836EUS+T is a micropower voltage monitor in 4 pin SOT-143 package. The micropower voltage monitors contain a 1.204V precision bandgap reference and a comparator. The MAX836 has an open-drain, n-channel output driver that can be pulled up to a voltage higher than VCC, but under 11V. Two external resistors set the trip threshold voltage. Typical applications include precision battery monitor, load switching, battery-powered systems and threshold detectors.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- ±1.25% precision voltage threshold
- Supply current is 5μA
- Propagation delay is 80μs
