REF195 is a precision micropower low dropout voltage (LDV) reference. It has a precision band gap voltage reference which uses a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit and laser trimming of highly stable, thin-film resistors to achieve a very low temperature coefficient and high initial accuracy. It is mainly used in application such as portable instruments, ADCs and DACs, smart sensors, solar powered applications, loop-current-powered instruments.

• High output current is 30mA
• Low supply current is 45μA maximum
• Sleep mode is 15μA maximum
• Low dropout voltage, operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C
• Short-circuit protection
• Initial accuracy is 4.995V to 5.005 V
• Line regulation is 4ppm/V to 8ppm/V (at 25°C)
• Load regulation is 4ppm/mA to 8ppm/mA (at 25°C)
• Package style is 8-lead NSOIC
