ACPL-337J-000E

The ACPL-337J-000E is a 1-channel 16-pin surface-mount Gate Drive Optocoupler with integrated (VCE) de-saturation detection, active miller clamping, fault and UVLO status feedback. It features fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance. Smart features that are integrated to protect the IGBT include IGBT de-saturation detection with soft shutdown protection and fault feedback, under-voltage lockout and feedback and active Miller current clamping. This full-featured and easy-to-implement IGBT gate drive optocoupler comes in a compact. It is suitable for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs used in inverter applications.
