ACPL-W484-000E

The ACPL-W484-000E is a 1-channel 6-pin Fast Speed Optocoupler contains an AlGaAs LED and photodetector with built-in Schmitt trigger to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave shaping. The totem pole output eliminates the need for a pull up resistor and allows for direct drive intelligent power module or gate drive. Minimized propagation delay difference between devices makes these optocoupler excellent solutions for improving inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time. It is suitable for IPM interface isolation, isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate drive and general digital isolation.
