- High speed response: 0.7µs maximum propagation delay over temperature range
- Ultra high CMR: minimum 10KV/µs at VCM = 1000V
- Bootstrappable supply current: maximum 3mA
- Wide VCC operating range: 10V to 30V over temperature range
- Safety approvals: UL approval, 3750VRMS for 1 minute
- CSA approval
