HSMS-285C-BLKG

The HSMS-285C-BLKG is a surface-mount zero bias Schottky Detector Diode designed and optimized for use in small signal (pin <lt/>-20dBm) applications at frequencies below 1.5GHz. It is ideal for RF/ID and RF tag applications where primary (DC bias) power is not available.

• High detection sensitivity up to 50mV/µW at 915MHz
• Low flicker noise 162dBV/Hz at 100Hz
