SFH 756V is a 10MBd transmitter with direct fibre connector. This low cost transmitter is used for simple optical data transmission with polymer optical fibre. The V-housing allows easy coupling of unconnectorized 2.2mm plastic optical fibre by means of an axial locking screw. Suitable for industrial control systems in EMI critical surroundings and high-voltage isolation (e.g. for IGBT control, lightning protection), household electronics, power electronics, optical networks and light barriers applications.
- 2.2mm aperture holds standard 1000 micron plastic fibre
- No fibre stripping required
- Good linearity (forward current is greater than 2mA)
- Moulded microlens for efficient coupling
- Peak wavelength of 660nm
