MAX17631C5EVKIT#

MAX17631C5EVKIT# is an evaluation kit (EV kit) that provides a proven design to evaluate the MAX17631C high efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter. The EV kit provides 5V/1.5A at the output from a 6.5V to 36V input supply. The switching frequency of the EV kit is preset to 400kHz for optimum efficiency and component size. The EV kit features adjustable input undervoltage lockout, adjustable soft-start, open-drain active-low RESET signal, and external clock synchronization. The EV kit also provides a good layout example, which is optimized for conducted, radiated EMI, and thermal performance. Suitable for base station power supplies, distributed supply regulation, general- purpose point-of-load, high voltage single-board systems, industrial control power supplies and wall transformer regulation applications.
