The OSD5-5T is a Series 5T Silicon Photodetector offers high blue sensitivity coupled with high shunt resistance and low dark leakage current. It is particularly suited to low light level applications from 430 to 900nm where the highest signal to noise ratio is important. It may be operated photovoltaically or with a reverse bias of up to 12V where lower capacitance is needed. It is suitable for all applications where high speed of response above 800nm is not critical.
- Blue sensitive for biased or unbiased operation
