The BACC63BP14C4SN from Cinch is BACC63 series, MIL-DTL-26500 series equivalent straight plug with 4 contacts. These BACC63 series cylindrical connectors are qualified to Boeing specifications to satisfy general purpose requirements and unique product challenges for shielding, environmental sealing, fluid resistance and vibration. These connectors have composite shells which are best for weight sensitive applications. These BACC63 series connectors have well-proven electrical capability to withstand extreme shock, exposure and vibration.
- Vibration resistant self locking threaded plug with advanced fluid resistant elastometers
- Shielded connectors
- High reliability connectors
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +200°C
- Glass filled epoxy insulator, silicone based elastomer grommet & seals
- Insulation resistance is 5000Mohm
- Salt spray exposure of 96hour
- Threaded coupling with 200 mating cycles
- Aluminium alloy body material with cadmium plating
- Copper alloy crimp socket contacts with gold plating
