P78-500R, 3 pin SIP non-isolated DC-DC converter series is designed to offer high performance alternatives to linear regulators. This switching regulator features a 10:1 wide input range, Level VI efficiency, and EN/IEC 62368 Certification, the series is also footprint compatible with LM78XX model regulators. Suited for both consumer and industrial use, the P78-500R Series is ideal for applications where board space is at a premium and energy efficiency is a concern.
- Bent pin mounting
- Output voltage of 12VDC, maximum output current of 500mA, output power of 6W
- Efficiency of 83% (Vin minimum), 91% (Vin maximum)
- Black plastic case material, flame retardant and heat resistant (UL94-V0)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
- No-load input current as low as 1.5mA
- Natural convection cooling, ultra-wide input voltage range
- Continuous, auto recovery short circuit protection
