FM35

The FM35 is a simple to use handheld food thermometer featuring a large LCD display, rubber boot and On/Off key making it ideal for use in any food environment. The instrument can be used with multiple probes such as general purpose and air probes to enable the user to quickly and accurately measure different temperature requirements. These are connected via a simple lumberg plug. The FM35’s protective rubber boot can prevent accidental damage if the instrument is dropped and is an essential part of any busy kitchen.
