AS331KTR-G1

AS331KTR-G1 consists of a single precision voltage comparator with a high voltage gain. It is specifically designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from a split power supply is also possible and the low power supply current drain is independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. Applications include battery chargers, cordless telephones, switching power supplies, DC-DC modules, PC motherboards, and communication equipment.

• Input offset voltage is 1mV typ at VOUT=1.4V, VCC=5 to 30V, GND=0V, TA=25°C
• Input bias current is 25nA typ at IIN+ or IIN- with output in linear range, VCM=0V, GND=0V, TA=25°C
• Voltage gain is 200V/mV typ at VCC=15V, RL≥15kohm, VOUT=1 to 11V, GND=0V, TA=25°C
• Response time is 1.3µs typ at RL=5.1kohm, GND=0V, TA=25°C
