B2100A-13-F is a 2.0A high voltage schlocky barrier rectifier. It is a single rectifier packaged in the low profile SMA package. Providing low VF and excellent high temperature stability this device is ideal for use in general rectification applications such as boost diode, and blocking diode. Suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection application.

• Low power loss, high efficiency, surge overload rating to 50A peak
• High temperature soldering is 260°C/10 second at terminal
• Moulded plastic -green moulding compound - UL flammability classification rating 94V-0 case material
• Peak repetitive reverse voltage is 100V (TA = +25°C)
• Average rectified output current is 2A (TA = +25°C)
• Forward voltage drop is 0.79V max (IF = 2.0A, TA = +25°C)
