The DFLS230L-7 is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic case and solderable matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard.
- Polarity is indicated by cathode band
- Guard-ring die construction for transient protection
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- Patented interlocking clip design for high surge current capacity
- High current capability and low forward-voltage drop
- Green moulding compound (no halogen and antimony)
- Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability
- UL94V-0 Flammability rating
