LMV331W5-7

LMV331W5-7 is a general-purpose, single-channel, low-voltage comparator. It is designed to effectively reduce cost and space at low-voltage levels. This device offers specifications that meet or exceed the familiar LM331 device, operating with a lower supply voltage and consuming a far lower supply current. Applications include mobile communications, battery-powered devices, notebooks and PDA’s, general-purpose low-voltage applications, and general-purpose portable devices.

• Input common mode voltage range includes ground
• Open collector output for maximums flexibility
• Input offset voltage is 1.7mV typ at 2.7V DC, TA = +25°C, VEE = 0V, VCM = 0V and RL = 5.1kohm
• Input offset voltage average drift is 5µV/°C typ at TA = full range, 2.7V DC
• Input bias current is 10nA typ at 2.7V DC, TA = +25°C, VEE = 0V, VCM = 0V and RL = 5.1kohm
• Common-mode input voltage range is 2.0V max at 2.7V DC, TA = 25°C, VEE = 0V, VCM = 0V, RL = 5.1kohm
