MB10S-13 is a surface mount, bridge rectifier. It is suitable for AC to DC bridge full wave rectification for SMPS, LED lighting, adapter, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.

- Low leakage current, ideal for SMT manufacturing, low forward voltage drop
- Peak repetitive reverse voltage is 1,000V at TA=+25°C
- Working peak reverse voltage is 1,000V at TA=+25°C
