The PDS1045-13 is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic case and solderable matte tin annealed over copper lead frame terminals as per MIL-STD-202 standard. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection applications.
- Guard-ring die construction for transient protection
- Very low forward-voltage drop
