744 WHITE 310ML is a one-part, white, non-flowing general-purpose moisture cure adhesive sealant. Suitable for bonding large components such as batteries or capacitors to circuit boards. Applicable for automated or manual needle dispensing systems.
- Supplied 310ml volume in cartridge dispenser
- Non-flowing and room temp cure, no ovens required
- High elongation for added stress relief
- No mixing required
- Faster in-line processing with optional heat acceleration
- Added reliability can result from lower cured stress
- 184g/min extrusion rate, 15kV/mm dielectric strength
- 753Pa-sec viscosity (low shear - 1/s) and 135Pa-sec viscosity (high shear - 10/s)
- 590% elongation, 395psi tensile strength, 70psi tensile modulus
- 12months shelf life at 25°C
