Heat stress WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) meter considers the effects of temperature, humidity and direct or radiant sunlight. It can also determine Heat Stress Index which measures how hot it feels when humidity is combined with temperature, air movement and radiant heat. Black Globe Temperature (TG) monitors the effects of direct solar radiation on an exposed surface. Typical applications include athletic training, monitor outdoor working conditions and manufacturing.
- In/out function displays the WBGT value with or without direct sun exposure
- Auto power off with override
- Air Temperature (TA) plus Relative Humidity (RH)
- Selectable units are °F and °C
- Built-in RS-232 interface with optional Windows® compatible software
- Powered by 2 AAA batteries
- Optional Windows® compatible PC software (407752) for further data analysis to generate reports
