The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 50 x 50 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed for efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. Manufactured from a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it provides secure component mounting while eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners in many applications. The pre-cut 50mm x 50mm format enables quick and consistent installation, making it ideal for power semiconductors, LED modules, power supplies, and industrial electronic equipment. With a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 delivers reliable thermal management and electrical insulation in demanding environments.
