The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 53 x 53 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed to provide efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. Manufactured from a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with a double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it offers secure bonding while eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners in many thermal management applications. The pre-cut 53mm x 53mm format simplifies installation and is ideal for use with power semiconductors, LED modules, power supplies, and industrial electronic equipment. Featuring a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 delivers dependable thermal performance and electrical insulation in demanding environments.
