HIH-5030-001

The HIH-5030-001 is a surface mount low voltage humidity sensor IC. This device operates down to 2.7VDC and ideal in battery powered systems where supply is nominal 3VDC. The HIH-5030-001 is designed specifically for high volume OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) users. Direct input to controller or other device is made possible by this sensor’s near linear voltage output. It is ideally suited for many low drain, battery operated systems with typical current draw of only 200μA. Tight sensor interchangeability eliminates calibration costs. The HIH-5030-001 delivers instrumentation quality RH (Relative Humidity) sensing performance in a competitively priced, solderable SMD package. This RH sensor uses a laser trimmed, thermoset polymer capacitive sensing element with on-chip integrated signal conditioning.
