15AGW

The 15AGW is a 4-3/4-inch Precision Cutting Tweezer for soft copper, gold, silver and magnetic wires. It is made of carbon steel body with tip. It is used where strength and hardness are of primary concern and where the environment is relatively mild from a corrosive standpoint. The tweezer is suitable for electronic industry, watch-makers, jewellers and laboratory and medical applications in mild aggressive chemical environments.

• Can be hardened by heat treatment, forming should be done in the annealed condition
• Less resistant to corrosion than the austenitic or ferritic grades
