The AUIRS21271STR from Infineon is an automotive grade over current protected single channel driver in 8 pin SOIC package. It is high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. Ideally used at fork lift motor drives, hydraulic pumps, IGBT drive with desaturation detection and general purpose three phase inverters.
- Floating channel designed for bootstrap operation, fully operational to +600V
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Tolerant to negative transient voltage -dV/dt immune
- Application specific gate drive range is 9V to 20V (automotive), VOUT range from 8.4V to 20V
- Undervoltage lockout, desaturation over current protection
- 3.3V, 5V and 15V input logic compatible
- FAULT lead indicates shutdown has occurred
- Output in phase with input
- 200ns/175ns turn-on/turn-off propagation delay
- 290mA/600mA output high/low short circuit pulsed current
