The BTS441RG is a high side Power Switch N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology. Fully protected by embedded protection functions.
- Fits for 12 and 24V application
- Overload protection
- Current limitation
- Short-circuit protection
- Thermal shutdown
- Overvoltage protection (including load dump)
- Fast demagnetization of inductive loads
- Reverse battery protection with external resistor
- Open drain diagnostic output for over temperature and short-circuit
- Open load detection in OFF-state with external resistor
- CMOS compatible input
- Loss of ground and loss of Vbb protection
- Very low standby current
- Green product
- AEC qualified
- Negative voltage clamped at output with inductive loads
- Flags a fail event (Status pin)
