BTS5200ENADAUGHBRDTOBO1 is a daughterboard that comes with 1 one channel high-side switch BTS5200-1ENA and is compatible with the PROFET™+ motherboard. The purpose of this board is to provide a quick pick-and-place solution for customers' lab evaluations. The motherboard in combination with the daughterboard is capable to drive typical automotive loads. It is used in applications such as body applications, lighting, and power distribution.

• Operating voltage range from 5V to 28V
• PWM capability up to 200 to 300Hz
• Overtemperature with restart, overvoltage, enhanced short circuit operation
• Diagnosis: overtemperature switch off detection, stable diagnostic signal during short circuit
• High short-circuit robustness
• Very low output leakage current (≤ 0.5μA up to 85°C)
• Targeted for automotive applications
