BTS70802EPZXUMA1 is a smart high-side power switch. The device is suitable for applications with extended or/and high temperature mission profiles. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. It replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. The driving capability suitable for 3A loads and high inrush current loads such as P21W lamps or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules). It is also suitable for powertrain systems such as transmission applications.
