BTS722204ESAXUMA1 is a SPOC™ +2 serial interface power controller. It provides protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. The driving capability is suitable for 7A and 4A loads and high inrush current loads such as 65W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules) and 42W bulb or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).
- High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
- Daisy chain capable SPI interface, 3.3V and 5V compatible logic pins
- Slew rate control for all channels
- ReverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
- Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (InverseON)
- Proportional load current sense multiplexed, open load in ON and OFF state
- Short circuit to ground and battery, diagnosis feedback via SPI
- Qualified for automotive applications, and product validation according to AEC-Q100 grade 1
- PG-TSDSO-24 package
- Junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
