EVAL2K7W12VPSUTOBO1 is a high-density 2.7KW 80 PLUS™ Titanium server power supply board for enterprise server applications. It's two-stage system consists of a front-end AC-DC PFC rectifier and a highly efficient LLC topology for isolated DC regulated bus voltage. Infineon's silicon and silicon carbide power MOSFETs, gate drivers, and microcontrollers make it exceed the 80 plus titanium efficiency and power quality requirements.
