EVAL-M1-05F310R is an iMOTION™ MADK evaluation board for CIPOS™ nano intelligent power modules. This MADK inverter board powered by IRSM005-301MH CIPOS™ Nano low-voltage IPM (100V breakdown voltage) to drive 3-phase motor, equipped with MADK™ M1 20-pin interface connector to be used with the matching iMOTION™ MADK Control boards. Recommended for use in the systems based on 30-70V DC voltage.
- Ready to use DC power stage to drive 3-phase motor
- 3 x CIPOS™ Nano IPM on board
- Nominal input voltage 30 to 72VDC
- Maximum 320W output power without heatsink
- Maximum 6.5A output current per phase
- Over current protection and over temperature protection
- Testpads with hooks to attach standard oscilloscope probes
- Standard MADK M1 20pin interface connector
