iMOTION™ MADK evaluation board for CIPOS™ nano intelligent power modules. This evaluation board is a complete power stage to drive 3-phase motor, powered by IRSM836-045MA CIPOS™ Nano. It is equipped with a standardized iMOTION™ MADK M1 platform interface. With standard oscilloscope probes easy access to several measurement points is granted. The featured IRSM836-045MA is a 4 A, 500 V Intelligent Power Module (IPM) for small appliance motor drive applications. It is suitable for heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), motor control and drives, residential aircon - motor-, system control and monitoring applications.
