IGCM04G60HAXKMA1 is a CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 4A three-phase intelligent power module with closed emitter in DIP 36x21 package. It provides cost and performance optimized efficiency incorporating Reverse Conducting (RC) IGBT along with excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation for low power motor drives. Suitable for potential applications such as refrigerators, washing machines, small home appliances, electric pumps & fans (12 V), home appliances, refrigeration and freezing.
