IKWH100N75EH7XKSA1 is a hard-switching 750V, 100A TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 H7 discrete in TO-247-3 High Creepage Clearance (HCC) package. It features high-speed switching and low saturation voltage, based on 650V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology, co-packed with a soft, fast-recovery emitter-controlled 7 diode. Typical applications include industrial UPS systems, EV charging, string inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
