IKZA50N75EH7XKSA1 is a hard-switching 750V, 50A TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 H7 discrete in TO247-4 package technology. It features high speed and low saturation voltage 750 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology co-packed with soft and fast recovery Emitter Controlled 7 diode. Typical applications include industrial UPS systems, EV charging, string inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
