The DSEC60-12A is a HiPerFRED™ Epitaxial Diode with common cathode and soft recovery. It is used as an anti-parallel diode for high frequency switching devices, as an anti-saturation diode, as a Snubber diode, freewheeling diode in converters and motor control circuits, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and ultrasonic cleaners and welders.

- Avalanche voltage rated for reliable operation
- Soft reverse recovery for low EMI/RFI
