The DSEP2X31-06A is a 60A HiPerFRED™ Epitaxial Diode with soft recovery. It is used as an anti-parallel diode for high frequency switching devices, as an anti-saturation diode, as a Snubber diode, freewheeling diode in converters and motor control circuits, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and ultrasonic cleaners and welders.
- Isolation voltage 2500V~
- Planar passivated chips
- Very short recovery time
- Extremely low switching losses
- Avalanche voltage rated for reliable operation
- Soft reverse recovery for low EMI/RFI
- Low IRM reduces - Power dissipation within the diode
- Low IRM reduces - Turn-on loss in the commutating switch
- 2 Independent FRED in 1 package
