The DSS17-06CR is a HiPerDyn™ Schottky Diode with electrically isolated back surface. It is suitable for use in high frequency switching devices, free-wheeling in converters, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), inductive heating, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), ultrasonic cleaners and welders.
