The KEMET B45197 series tantalum chip capacitors are replaced by T495 series low ESR, surge robust MnO2 polarized tantalum chip capacitors. T495 series capacitors are designed for demanding applications that require high surge current and high ripple current capability. These capacitors builds upon proven capabilities of industrial grade tantalum chip capacitors to offer several advantages such as low ESR, high ripple current capability, excellent capacitance stability and improved resistance to high inrush currents.

• 0.1μF to 1000µF capacitance range
• EIA 1206, 1210, 2312, 2917, 2924 case sizes available
• Available in ±10% and ±20% tolerance
• Rated voltage range of 2.5VDC to 50VDC
• Operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
• Meets or exceeds EIA standard 535BAAC
• 100% steady state accelerated aging
