84906L/-024/-C05 is an 84906L programmable step attenuator with option -024 (24V DC supply voltage) and option -C05(3.5mm male to 3.5mm male connectors). 84906L programmable step attenuator offers coaxial measurements to 40GHz in a compact, rugged design. It offers repeatability of better than 0.03dB, greater than five million switching cycles per section, and an attenuation range of 0 to 90dB in 10dB steps. This latest design evolution sets new standards for size and performance. Achieve high attenuation accuracy and low SWR through the use of miniature thin-film attenuation cards composed of high-stability tantalum nitride film of sapphire substrate. The compact size of the unit allows for easy integration into instruments and ATE systems.
