N4001A/-002/-100 is a 10MHz to 18GHz SNS series noise source, with nominal ENR 15dB. It is ideal for general purpose use with a low reflection coefficient. DUT's with noise figures up to 30dB can be measured accurately and reliably with this device.
- Electronic storage of excess noise ratio calibration data decreases the opportunity for user error
- Automatic download of ENR data to the NFA speeds overall set-up time
- Temperature compensation improves accuracy for tighter, more reliable device performance
- Available with 5-foot (1.5m) SNS noise source cable and APC 3.5 (m) connector
