A fun musical instrument board for the micro:bit that features 15 touch pads; 13 as an octave of piano keys and 2 up/down function buttons.
- The board uses the micro:bit to process capacitive touch sensor signals and output audio to an amplifier and speaker
- AT42QT2160 Touch sensor IC
- The touch sensor sends signals to the micro:bit via I2C and the micro:bit can be configured to play specific notes depending on what key is pressed
- Easily code with the MakeCode editor, with accompanying library available online
- Simply slot the micro:bit into the edge connector
- Power supplied via the Micro USB connection
