90 31 03 BK is a KNIPEX TubiX® XL pipe cutter. High-quality needle-bearings enable the cutting wheel and four guide rollers to cut with ease. Quick replacement of the cutting wheel without any tools, spare cutting wheel stored in the handle. Suitable for plumbing, heating and air conditioning, easily cut gas and water pipes made of copper, brass and stainless steel. Also useful for the electrical trade: cuts rigid steel conduits and for stripping steel wire armoured cables.
