The TGARD K52-2-A0 is a 0.076mm Thermally Conductive Insulator consisting of a ceramic filled phase change compound coated on MT Kapton film. It has the best balance of thermal, dielectric and cut through performance. It suitable for use with power modules and switching mode power supply applications.
