59141-1-S-02-A is a 59141 series miniature flange mount reed sensor occupying only 3.22cm² board space with normally open contact. It operates through non-ferrous materials such as wood, plastic or aluminium. Reed contacts last for millions of operating cycles under micro-controller voltage and current logic-level loads. Ideally suited for position and limit sensing, security, window and door alarm systems and linear actuator applications. It is also used in applications such as security and access control, factory automation, process equipment, major appliances, small appliances, proximity and limit sensing. Functions best with the 57140 or 57141 actuator. It is UL recognized per UL 508 and CSA C22.2 No. 14, cURus (E61760) agency.
