DST2045C

DST2045C is a DST series common cathode schottky barrier rectifier. This is an ultra-low VF schottky barrier rectifier designed to meet the general requirements of commercial and industry applications by providing high temperature, low leakage and lower VF products. It is suitable for high-frequency switching mode power supply, free-wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes. Application includes switching mode power supply, DC/DC converters, free-wheeling diodes, polarity protection diodes.

• 0.58V max forward voltage drop (per leg, pulse width <lt/>300μs, duty cycle <lt/>2%, at10A, pulse, TJ= 25°C)
• 2mA max reverse current (per leg, pulse width <lt/>300μs, duty cycle <lt/>2%, at10A, pulse, TJ= 25°C)
• 45V maximum peak inverse voltage
• 20A average forward current (total device, 50% duty cycle at TC =80°C)
• Junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C, TO-220AB case style
