SP1001-04JTG

SP1001-04JTG is a SP1001 series unidirectional TVS array. This avalanche breakdown diode, fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology protects each I/O pin to provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). This robust diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. It is very low loading capacitance also makes it ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins. Typical applications include computer peripherals, mobile phones, digital cameras, desktops/notebooks, LCD/PDP TVs, set-top boxes, DVD players, MP3/PMP.

• Reverse voltage drop is 7.8V typ at IR=1mA, TOP=25°C
