The LY62256SL-55LLI is a 32K X 8bit, low power CMOS SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) in 28 pin SOIC package. This SRAM memory is organized as 32768 words by 8 bits. It is fabricated using very high performance and high reliability CMOS technology. Its standby current is stable within the range of operating temperature. The LY62256 is well designed for low power application and particularly well suited for battery backup nonvolatile memory applications.
