The 1216.1001 is a flexible Light Guide with transparent pipe, press fit mounting and circular-shaped light pipe. This light guide push-fit into a polycarbonate housing that is mounted on the PCB with two press-in lugs. As standard, a transparent lens is supplied for use at the visible end. The housing for the light guide rods is held in place on the printed board via two press-in lugs. Furthermore, the housing is designed to accommodate 2mm diameter light guide. The light guide is used in conjunction with SMD LEDs.
