ATTINY48-AU

The ATTINY48-AU is a 8-bit picoPower AVR RISC-based Microcontroller Unit features 4kB of ISP flash, 64-byte EEPROM, 64-byte SRAM, 8-bit timer/counter and 16-bit timer/counter with PWM, 10-bit A/D converter, SPI and debug wire for on-chip-debug. The device achieves up to 12MIPS throughput at 12MHz. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATtiny48 achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing you to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
